Thank you for shopping with Timeless Tides! Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when ordering your custom reflective vinyl shirt.
PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
Since every item is custom-made just for you, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. During peak periods, production may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
Please note: Production time is separate from shipping time.
SHIPPING METHOD
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2–5 business days
SHIPPING RATES
- Flat rate shipping: $5.99 per order
- FREE shipping on all orders over $50!
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship within the United States only.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
DELAYS
Timeless Tides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or circumstances outside of our control (weather, holidays, etc.). If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at timelesstidesllc@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.
