RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Timeless Tides. Because all of our products are custom-made and personalized, we have a specific return and refund policy outlined below. Please read it carefully before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is made to order specifically for you, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.
EXCEPTIONS — WHEN WE WILL REPLACE OR REFUND
We stand behind the quality of our work. We will offer a free replacement or full refund in the following situations:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- Your item contains an error made on our part (wrong design, wrong text, wrong size based on what was ordered)
- Your item shows print or vinyl defects (peeling, cracking, or fading) prior to washing
To submit a claim, please contact us at timelesstidesllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage or error
We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
CUSTOMER ERRORS
If an error was made due to incorrect information submitted by the customer (wrong name, spelling, size, etc.), we are unable to offer a free replacement. However, we will work with you and may offer a discounted reorder at our discretion.
Please double-check all customization details before submitting your order, as orders go into production quickly.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Our reflective vinyl products require special care to maintain their quality and appearance. Failure to follow care instructions may void eligibility for a defect claim. Care instructions are included with every order. Please follow them carefully.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item before use and contact us immediately at timelesstidesllc@gmail.com.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the custom nature of our products, orders go into production quickly. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as production may have already begun.
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at timelesstidesllc@gmail.com with your order number. If your order has not yet entered production, we will issue a full refund. If production has already begun, we are unable to cancel the order.
